台大、南市醫重複用醫材 恐違法挨罰10-50萬
為了避免病患感染，很多手術用的醫療材料，是不能重複使用的，還會特地標註在「仿單」上面，但像是用來凝血的，是雙極電，外科手術器械，卻被發現，各醫院的價差可能差到十倍以上，就是因為價格低的，有消毒二次使用的情形，包含臺大醫院、彰化秀傳負責的台南市立醫院都有，可能已經違反醫師法，最高可以開罰50萬。
TVBS記者葉韋辰：「包含了台大醫院，以及彰化秀傳所負責的，台南市立醫院，都傳出，把只能單次手術的，雙極電手術器械，消毒後，重複使用，引發醫界譁然。」
說得就是雙極電，外科手術器械，主要用於手術中，凝結血液或是軟組織。原價3-4萬，不過透過健保署網站發現，自費價格中，台大醫院只要六千多、台南市立醫院則是3千就有，低價原因在於，重複使用。但是仿單已經提醒，只能用一次
醫改會副執行長朱顯光：「到底能夠用幾次怎麼消毒，甚至學國外能夠有一個通報的機制，如果說重複使用病人有不舒服或感染，政府也要做一些監測。」
甚至有些病患不知情，自己用到二次醫材，雖然台大醫院和秀傳都強調，是為了壓低價格，讓病患都用得起，也做好消毒工作，甚至醫材委員會也同意。但依照醫師法，違反仿單可能，會開罰10-50萬，嚴重者恐怕停業。
不過衛福部給解套，強調如果醫院可以提出，科學證據，這樣做不會造成危害，並且病患都知情，接下來請地方衛生局，清超值推查醫院狀況，也要開會討論，給這些醫材，明確的「重複使用規範」。
大陸山寨有多狂？打算讓山寨月亮升空

大陸「山寨思維」全球聞名，舉凡汽車、手機、球鞋等等產品，都難逃大陸產業的「山寨」一途，日前研究單位提出了更強大的「山寨品」，這次大陸科研人員要山寨一個「人造月亮」，亮度是月亮的8倍，預計在2020年升空。

「人造月亮」的想法其最早源於一名法國的藝術家，當時他的構想是「在地球上空掛一圈類似鏡子的鍊圈，讓其一年四季都能將陽光反射到巴黎各處」，武春風表示，如今人造月亮的技術已趨於成熟，若研發出人造月亮之後，其可以負責照明，且還可以人為控制照明範圍及精度，道路上可移除路燈，並計畫於2020年將「人造月亮」升空。（編輯：陳亦凡）
