每天喝手搖飲料 輪椅男14年暴肥60公斤
罹患小兒麻痺的55歲翁姓男子40歲開始坐輪椅後，缺乏運動，每天喝1杯至2杯手搖飲料，14年竟暴肥60公斤，還得了糖尿病，他今天說，去年靠減重手術才瘦下來。
接受台南市立安南醫院減重手術至今約10個月，持續穩定減重的翁男，今天在醫院展示減重成果，目前體重82公斤，目標是坐輪椅前的70公斤。
翁男2歲時罹患小兒麻痺，平常行動不便，多年來依靠拐杖，40歲時醫師告知長期走路姿勢不良，造成脊椎及膝蓋承受力過大，必須坐輪椅，否則關節受損會更嚴重。
翁男聽從醫師建議，開始輪椅人生，但無法像拿著枴杖時走路運動，又很愛喝手搖飲料，每天1杯至2杯下肚，體重不斷增加，14年間從70公斤暴肥到130公斤。
暴肥的翁男行動更不便，睡眠品質也變差，就診才發現嚴重睡眠呼吸中止症、重度脂肪肝合併肝功能異常、高血脂、高膽固醇及糖尿病等症狀上身，去年7月就診後接受微創縮胃曠腸手術，才順利減重。

確認電源關閉才跳入維修 下一秒竟慘遭機器輾壓！
一名遠從馬來西亞來到韓國首爾廢棄物回收工廠工作的男子丹尼爾(Daniel Arif Ahmad Fuad)，在本月19日時發生一起離奇的意外，導致下半身不幸被輾碎。
根據馬來西亞《中國報》報導，19日時，丹尼爾見工廠內有一台垃圾壓縮機突然故障，隨即跳進機器內檢查故障原因，不料跳進去沒多久，機器竟然開始運作！當時男子正站在金屬絞輪上，還來不及反應，胯骨以下的下半身骨肉皮膚，都已捲入機器遭輾碎。
根據回收工廠同事們的說法，為確保安全，丹尼爾在跳入機器前已確認電源關閉，但沒想到機器竟突然運作起來！救護人員到場後，花了一段時間才順利將丹尼爾救出送醫。然而他的下半身已嚴重損壞，無法縫合，所幸在經過手術及治療後，他的傷勢已經穩定，接下來將進行善後手術。
這個消息震驚了他的家人，他的父母已經在昨天抵達首爾親自照料，父親見到兒子後，十分不捨，表示自己曾阻止兒子到韓國工作。心疼兒子至今也不過來首爾工作2個月左右，就發生這樣的意外。
