商品訊息描述: 限定折扣價In 2007, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region held its first-ever contested election for Chief Executive, selected by 800 members of an Election Committee drawn from roughly 7% of the population. The outcome was a foregone conclusion, but the process allowed a pro-democracy legislator to obtain enough nominations to contest the election. The office of Chief Executive is as unique as the system used to fill the office, distinct from colonial governors and other leaders of Chinese provinces and municipalities. The head of the HKSAR enjoys greater autonomous powers, such as powers to nominate principal officials for Chinese appointment, pardon offenders and appoint judges. Despite its many anti-democratic features, the Election Committee has generated behavior typically associated with elections in leading capitalist democracies and has also gained prominence on the mainland as the vehicle for returning Hong Kong deputies to the National People's Congress. 作者簡介
Simon N. M. Young評價Simon N. M. Young is an associate professor and the director of the Centre of Comparative and Public Law in the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong. His earlier work on the Hong Kong legislature was published in Functional Constituencies: A Unique Feature of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (Hong Kong University Press 2006). He is currently working on a折扣 book on Hong Kong’s Court of Final Appeal.
Richard Cullen介紹Richard Cullen is a visiting professor and fellow at the Centre of Comparative and Public Law in the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong. 劫後餘生！ 為癌弟採草藥 兄受困8天獲救
弟弟罹患癌症，哥哥上山採草藥迷路，受困八天被救出！住在新北市新店的宋姓男子，日前獨自前往新竹尖石，本來想當天來回時間卻沒掌握好，結果受困山林，八天來只靠喝水，體力不支還全身多處挫傷，弟弟報案後消防隊員和民間救難團體，陸續加入救援行列，由於找到宋先生的發票，救難人員縮小範圍，最後在離地三層樓高的峭壁發現失蹤者。
受困八天，採草藥的男子被民間救難組織發現，為了將他從山林裡救出搜救隊使用繩索，確認安全後讓受困者慢慢往下滑，就連橫越溪水，大夥也都緊緊靠在一起，就怕有什麼閃失造成宋姓男子二度傷害。抓著繩子，看得出每次移動腳步男子都很吃力，失蹤這幾天他完全沒吃東西，只喝水，被找到的就是來自新店的宋姓男子。
脫困者宋姓男子：「這些都是傷，自己慢慢癒合。」
男子的膝蓋和臀部都有挫傷，雖然生命跡象穩定，但體力還沒完全恢復，指著手機裡的這款草藥，宋先生說就是為了癌症的弟弟，他冒險上山。
脫困者宋姓男子：「因為自己下去之後，時間沒有控制好越走越下去，那你要再走上來的時候，時間已經不允許。」
原來，宋姓男子對草藥有研究，為了弟弟的病五月5日他開車前往新竹尖石找藥，原本當天要回家，時間沒掌握好迷路失聯，弟弟報案四天後，遺落的發票被找到，12日一大早搜救人員於是集結，確認直昇機無法吊掛，合力協助宋先生脫困，第一時間男子受困在三樓高的峭壁，發現的人是吳悅承和同組隊友顏志叡。
台灣磐石救難隊帶隊官吳悅承：「大概出發兩個多小時之後，就發現說有人喊我們，那他那時候大概在邊坡，一個峭壁上他在休息，卡在樹上休息。」
29歲的吳悅承是成大高材生，目前在北美館工作，加入民間救難隊兩年。他說，這回能夠順利找到人真的不容易，按照過去經驗，登山的人迷路，為了找水喝都會往下走，迷路待在原地生還機會比較大。手足情深，前四天還想靠自己的力量回家，採草藥的老手差點命喪山林，劫後餘生腦海想的都是草藥沒拿到，弟弟的病怎麼辦？周年慶折價卷
與加索解開心結 尼克主帥：使我成為更好的人
紐約尼克隊總教練David Fizdale(費茲戴爾)，今(26)日帶隊與前東家灰熊隊作戰，據傳當初費茲戴爾離隊，與球隊中鋒Marc Gasol(加索)不合有關，

而加索也表示，不會再讓去年的事件再次發生，他說：「你活著、你學習，並且繼續前進，與他人和睦共處，就是這樣。」
